Telling yourself you are worth something will help you get there. If you have bad friends or are in an abusive relationship, tell yourself you are worth more. You probably hear the opposite so much of the time.
2. I am Continuously Healing
This one only works of course if you are actually healing. You cannot sit there and pretend something away. However, if you are making those healing steps, then telling yourself that you are healing will only increase your positive thinking.
3. Good Thing Will Happen if I Work Harder
The key here is pushing yourself to do more. You know that you cannot just pretend that hard work is enough. However, if you make those sacrifices and work harder, you will catapult yourself towards prosperity. The same thing goes for self-image. If you work harder on yourself, you will reap the fruits of those rewards. The rewards could be a better relationship or more friends. Whatever your “good things” are, working harder will get you there.
